Humans, since inception, have always loved competitions. Be it in sports, academics, business, to name a few. Maybe it has something to do with the adrenaline rush that surges through their veins at the pinnacle of such activities or perhaps it is the cheering from super enchanted fans.
Or it could be a profound display of skill that has been persistently mastered over a rigorous period. It could even be all these reasons combined. But whatever the reason, one thing is for sure, a typical physical competition is something of joy and has been a binding thread between people.
Such is the case with horse racing. To ride on such a magnificent animal is a delight but even more breathtaking is racing with one. Horse racing is an ancient sport that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Every culture or should I say every continent till this day engages in horse racing. But there might be little differences like riding surfaces for the horses, the gait of the horses, the distance of the race, and the more prominent one the breed of the horses.
There are various horse racing events all around the world, each with its spectacular glamour. For more information, please see the infographic below by Umbingo.
