The debate of whether bowling is a sport or game is a never ending one. The Olympics have added it to the summer; therefore to some, that’s an official endorsement as a sport. What is not up for debate is that it is a fantastic opportunity to let your competitive side loose should you decide to join a bowling league. Want to add a bit more of spice to it? Form a family team and you have the perfect mix! If you have a goal to do more with your family once this quarantine is over, consider bowling as it may just hit the spot!
